Sunday, September 14th marks the beginning of our fall schedule. The choir returns, we kick off the new year with an ice cream social after the 9 am service and it is our annual invite a friend to Church day. Sunday School begins again after its summer hiatus!It should be fun!
Sunday, October 3rd, 2010 is opur annual pet blessing day. Bring your pet to the 9am service for a personal blessing from Father Charlie. Monday, October 4th, 2010 is Trinity's Luigi's Pizza and Fun Center Pizza and Pasta Night Fundraiser. Tickets are $10.00 per adult and $6.00 for children under 11. It runs from 5:00 to 7:30 pm at Luigi's, 733 Prairie Street on Aurora's West side. Join us for fun food and comaraderie! Saturday, October 9th, 2010 RIB FEST! Eat in or Take out. Save the date!
The Road Back: A Grief Group which started up this spring continues. The group meets every other Mondays at 4:30 pm away from the Church. If you are interested in participating, please call Linda Barber at 630.897.7283 for more information. This group is open to the public.
Trinity's Environmental Sustainability Task Force, 'The Green Team',continues to look at ways to maximize ways to reduce Trinity's environmental impact. If your interested, please check out the Green Team Page on our website! Next meeting is August 30, 2010 at 9 am in the Parish Hall.
We have returned to our weekly celebration of Morning Prayer in the Chapel at 8 am, followed by Bible Study.
Wednesday Bible Study continues. It is an informal Bible studygroup that meets at 8:30-9:15 a.m. on Wednesdays in the Guild Room, and looks at the upcoming Sundaylessons. There is no need to prepare! Just bring your Bible (or use one of thechurch's which we'll have available) and an open mind. Coffee will beready! Click here for the list of lessons we will be studying and the dates.
We are also watching and discussing lectures on comparative religions beginning with Islam at 9:30 am every Wednesday Morning!
Bible Study has also returned to Sundays. Join us at either 8 am or 10:30 am as we examine the book, The Story. The Story puts the stories of the Bible into chronological order in 31 chapters. All are welcome! Click Here for the schedule of chapters we will be discussing.

Thursdays: Music at St. James Cafe'. St. James Cafe' at 65 East Huron Street in Chicago is beginning a tradition of bringing Christian musicians to play at the Cafe' on a weekly basis.
